Directed by Andris Apinis, Trilogy ( Painting, Music, Literature) “The Sea” invites audiences on a meditative journey through the multifaceted work of the brilliant Lithuanian artist M.K. Čiurlionis. Drawing from three of Čiurlioni’s creations – the painting cycle “The Storm”, the musical piece “The Sea”, and the poem “The Sea” – this performance seamlessly interweaves Čiurlioni’s visual art, music, and literature, creating a profound and multi-layered experience.
